In this faction we do not need or even want people to come in straight away role playing they're any older than sixteen.
We need people who are willing to start from young and develop into what ever they develop into from in character situations.
What we are looking for is a young male or female who is easily influenced into crime which we can influence into doing things for us, and, with us.
Things like breaking into houses, scouting gang neighborhoods, smoking weed, drinking liquor, which then onto actually doing hits with us ect.
Bare this in mind when you are writing out your character profile.
